LynxLedger provides a suite of features designed to assist with financial management, including but not limited to:
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
Users must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. The registration process requires basic information (name, email, password) and acceptance of these Terms. The system does not enforce specific age or eligibility checks; however, you must ensure compliance with any applicable laws.
Accounts are created through AWS Cognito with email verification. Our multi-tenant architecture and role-based permissions ensure that user data is properly isolated and secured. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.
Any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the Service, such as unauthorized data extraction or attempts to breach our systems, is strictly prohibited. Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from any behavior that may harm the Service or other users.
Although the codebase does not specify detailed enforcement mechanisms, we reserve the right to investigate and take action—including suspension or termination of accounts—if misuse is detected.
Our pricing is detailed on the Pricing Page. Users may be subject to subscription fees or other payment models as outlined there. Payment processing is handled through third-party services, and all fees and billing terms are subject to change with prior notification.
Our refund policy and procedures for billing disputes are not explicitly defined in the codebase. Any refund or dispute resolution process will be detailed in a separate policy and will be incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, is an integral part of these Terms. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We employ secure data storage practices, including the use of AWS, to safeguard your information. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Service adheres to applicable financial regulations and industry standards. Users are expected to comply with all relevant laws and regulations when using the Service.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by us are the intellectual property of Paymidori Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to such intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Users may upload or generate content (e.g., financial documents, data) through the Service. Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your content while granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely for providing and improving the Service.
Additional licensing terms for user-generated content may be outlined in further policies.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall Paymidori Pte. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paymidori Pte. Ltd., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in any prohibited behavior. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and you may lose access to any stored data, subject to our data retention policies.
We may update these Terms and modify the Service from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Service, and continued use of the Service after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paymidori Pte. Ltd. regarding the Service.
